Quotes provided through this website, by email, or by phone are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Final pricing may change if shipment details are incomplete, inaccurate, or changed after the quote request is submitted.

  1. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details, contact information, requested dates, and any special conditions. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect pricing, scheduling, and service availability.

  1. Pickup and Delivery Timing

Pickup and delivery dates are estimated unless specifically confirmed in writing. Transport timing may be affected by weather, road conditions, traffic, mechanical issues, route availability, and other factors outside our reasonable control.

  1. Vehicle Condition

The customer or an authorized representative should be available at pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and complete the necessary documentation. Existing vehicle condition should be reviewed at both stages of the shipment.

  1. Personal Items

Customers should remove personal belongings from the vehicle unless otherwise approved. Prime Way Transportation is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

  1. Non-Running Vehicles

If a vehicle is not running or has special loading requirements, the customer must disclose that information in advance. Additional fees or special transport arrangements may apply.

  1. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation or change requests should be made as soon as possible. Fees may apply depending on the shipment status, timing, and whether a carrier has already been assigned.

  1. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use the website in violation of any applicable laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Prime Way Transportation is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect customer information, weather conditions, road conditions, carrier delays, mechanical issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
